American Flyer, reprint, parts order Form 1131. This is the form dealers used to order parts from the A.C. Gilbert Co. for American Flyer trains and Gilbert Toys. Form is standard 8 1/2 X 11" in size, yellow color paper. I had these made up several years ago when I was more in the mail order business. Picture gives good view of the contents.
