1988 LIONEL TRAINS SPRING

Mint Condition, Lionel spring 1988 consumer catalog. Contents include a Traditional and Collector line of rolling stock. Fallen Flags Series #3 with the Great Northern Electric and matching freight cars and the Chessie SD40 Diesel freight set are shown. Commemorative Series Lackawanna Steam and 8301 Southern Fairbanks Morse O Gauge equipment are also shown. Accessories, as the Icing Station and Animated Refreshment Stand along with the Operating Cattle Car and Bosco Milk Car also included. The American Flyer 'S' Historic Set #6, with the Wabash 4-6-4 steam locomotive are shown. One interesting thing about the 8200 #6 locomotive, this 4-6-4 locomotive is shown in the catalog, but was never made by Lionel, mostly due to cost factors at the time on producing a steam loco in 'S.' 16 pages in full color.
