AMERICAN FLYER TRAIN 5' X 9' DISPLAY INFO
D2011 American Flyer 28113, 5' X 9' Action Display Sheet. This was put out by the A. C. Gilbert Co. to promote dealer sales in 1957, showing a 5 X 9 foot display with two trains operating. The display consists of a Railroad trestle set, 2 100 watt Transformers, 5 assorted accessories, 60 feet of track for operation and demonstration, and is nicely landscaped and textured.
Price of layout was $165.00 FOB New Haven, Conn. This was the price of the display and the trains were not included. The back side of this includes a breakdown of the components. This is an 8 1/2 X 11 inch, gray, black-and-white copy from an original in my collection. It was reproduced on heavy bond white paper.
